One Michelin Star

In October 2022, we proudly opened our doors, and after just eight glorious months, Auro earned its first MICHELIN Star in 2023! We are thrilled to share that this momentum has continued into 2024, with Auro securing a MICHELIN Star for the second consecutive year.

Chef Rogelio Garcia a James Beard Award Finalist

We are honored to announce that Chef Rogelio Garcia was named one of the top 5 finalists for the prestigious James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: California.

The James Beard Awards, known as the "Oscars of the food world," celebrate exceptional talent in culinary arts, hospitality, media, and the food industry. Chef Rogelio's nomination highlights his commitment to culinary excellence and showcasing Napa Valley's bounty.

2024 Wine Dinner Series

Pair the edible artistry from Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia with the best wines Napa Valley has to offer. 

Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia brings his unique perspective to Auro's Michelin-star tasting menu. "For me, cooking is storytelling," Chef Garcia explains. "This menu begins in the fields and farms of Northern California, capturing the joy of ingredient sourcing, the excitement of a new season, and the connections with our ranchers, farmers, and fishermen."

The seven-course prix fixe tasting menu honors ingredients and the labor that brings them to the table. Each dish showcases the finest locally sourced ingredients, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines selected by sommelier Derek Stevenson.
